2. Click the “Continue Onboarding” link

Expected Result:

The onboarding flow opens and the user can continue setup

Actual Result:

Nothing happens

@ade-constantiniu I just supportalled into the customer's account and initially I could see the post and link this report relates to but then I clicked the link and now it isn't there. Are you still able to see it in their account?

Actually I can see the link in the Concierge conversations in Slack https://expensify.slack.com/archives/C049HHMV9SM/p1768387061879439. I've pinged one of our engineers to ask about how the link is meant to work.

Ooh interesting, yeah it looks like that link is supposed to take you to https://staging.new.expensify.com/onboarding/purpose - but maybe that doesn't work after you finish onboarding?

The link in the message we sent to the customer is https://new.expensify.com/onboarding/purpose based on https://www.expensify.com/concierge/#/chat/23026650

But where does that actually go to @Beamanator ? Would there have been an onboarding checklist shown to the customer initially when they first created their workspace?
