App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a workspace.
3. Open 1:1 DM with any user.
4. Submit two expenses to the user.
5. Open the IOU report.
   → Billable column is not shown - Expected.
6. Go to Account > Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart > Reset and refresh OR relogin.
7. Open the same IOU report.

Expected Result:

Billable column will not show up in IOU report after reset app/relogin.

Actual Result:

Billable column shows up in IOU report after reset app/relogin.

Workaround:
