Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM and no workspace

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM
3. Create an expense
4. Go to Reports > Expenses
5. Select the expense via checkbox
6. Click dropdown menu > Move expense
7. Click Create report
8. Click RHP back button.

Expected Result:

RHP will return to Report page.

Actual Result:

Back button on Upgrade page closes RHP instead of navigating to previous page.
