Action Performed:

1. Create a fresh non-USD workspace (CAD, GBP, EUR, or AUD).
2. Go to the Workflows tab and start adding a payment account.
3. Complete the entire flow until you reach the final screen where the account is being verified.
4. Close the RHP.
5. Go to Payments, click on the account to continue setup.
6. Click Continue setup
   (7). Click Accept and add bank account

Expected Result:

When the bank account is in a verifying state, the user should see the “Let’s finish in chat” screen and should not be asked to provide additional information.

Actual Result:

The “Please confirm the agreements below” screen appears with 4 checkboxes.
After clicking “Accept and add bank account”, an error page is displayed.

The linked PR is correct and I believe it's from our previous PR, I'm taking a look in the meantime but I again couldn't pass step 6.

@jponikarchuk Do you have any notes or prerequisites in order to get past step 6?
