[Due for payment 2026-02-12] [Due for payment 2026-01-29] [$250] Add promo offer to Xero on Accounting page

Hi there! This is not a bug, but an addition to our Accounting connections page.

What we want to add:

• As shown in the mocks below, we would like to feature an "Offer available!" flag on Xero
• When the user clicks the Connect button, the pop-over will show the offer copy with a button to either claim the offer or connect to Xero.
• The Claim offer button will take users to this landing page: https://xero5440.partnerlinks.io/uzfjy4uegog2-v0pj1v
• The Connect to Xero will take them through to the normal flow of connecting to the Xero accounting integration
