Action Performed:

1. Navigate to Account > Wallet > Add bank account
2. Search and choose Puerto Rico or Guam or US Virgin Islands as location
3. Observe the flow

Expected Result:

User should be taken to the normal Plaid screen, or to the manual USD deposit account flow

Actual Result:

Bank accounts from Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands are currently routed through the CorPay deposit account flow. These accounts should instead be processed as US-based accounts and therefore use the Bancorp deposit account flow

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands bank accounts are being routed through Corpay instead of Plaid.

What is the root cause of that problem?

We're only checking for the US when deciding whether to redirect to Plaid.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

1. Add Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands to src/CONST/index.ts in the COUNTRIES key:

        PR: 'PR',
        GU: 'GU',
        VI: 'VI'

2. Create a new constant:

COUNTRIES_US_BANK_FLOW = [CONST.COUNTRY.US, CONST.COUNTRY.PR, CONST.COUNTRY.GU, CONST.COUNTRY.VI];

3. Change this line to check for the countries in the array instead of just the US:
