Action Performed:

1. Sign in to ND
2. Start a chat with another user
3. Type a message in the composer, tap "+" and add an attachment, send
4. Navigate to the Inbox and observe the message in LHN
5. "Kill" and relaunch the app, repeat step 4

Expected Result:

Message with the attachment is displayed in LHN as "Message [Attachment]"

Actual Result:

Message with the attachment is displayed in LHN as "Message<br ?>
[Attachment]"

What is the root cause of that problem?

• The logic for retrieving the last message to display in the LHN comes from:

  	lastMessageTextFromReport = lastVisibleMessage?.lastMessageText;
  	}

• When the app is closed and then reopened, lastReportAction is temporarily undefined. During that time, the fallback value report?.lastMessageText is used instead, as seen here:

• The report?.lastMessageText contains raw HTML like Message<br /><br />[Attachment], which leads to the rendering issue observed in the LHN.

• We should apply HTML parsing to the fallback value to ensure consistent formatting:
