Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Workspace has tax rates.
• Account has self DM.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM.
3. Click + > Create expense > Manual.
4. Enter amount > Next.
5. On confirm page, click Tax field and change the rate.
6. Cilck Create expense.
7. Go to Account > Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart > Reset and refresh (or relogin).
8. Go back to self DM.
9. Open the expense.

Expected Result:

Tax rate will not change to default tax rate and tax amount will not change to zero.

Actual Result:

Tax rate changes to default tax rate and tax amount changes to zero after reset app or relogin.
