Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Create an expense.
4. Create a new empty report.
5. Go to Reports > Reports.
6. Select the expense with report via checkbox.
7. Click dropdown button > Delete.
8. Delete the expense.

Expected Result:

Sender name in From field for the empty report will not disappear after deleting expense from another report.

Actual Result:

Sender name in From field for the empty report disappears after deleting expense from another report.
