Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace

1. Open the Expensify app
2. Open any workspace chat
3. Create a manual expense
4. Open the expense report
5. Return to chat and reopen report
6. Note that when report is reopened, arrows on report field and on "More" button, disappear and reappear

Expected Result:

Arrows on report fields and on "More" button shouldn´t flicker everytime that report is opened

Actual Result:

Everytime that expense report is reopened, arrows on report fields and on "More" button, disappear and reappear

@apeyada Can we pre-load the icons in the parent component and pass them down? This is because the icons load asynchronously.
