Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.expensify.com
2. Create a new Expensifail account
3. Create a collect workspace
4. Go to Settings > Account > Wallet and click on import bank/card
5. Select the Discover card > Use expensidemo account > Select the "Alfred Tu" account > Toggle disable the Reimbursable option
6. Switch to the NewDot
7. Go to Reports > Expenses tab
8. Go offline and tap on the imported transaction
9. Go online
10. Tap on the back arrow
11. Tap again on the imported transaction

Expected Result:

After step 7, the submitter's name and their avatar are displayed.
After step 8, the Submit button is displayed.

Actual Result:

After step 7, the submitter's name and their avatar are missing.
After step 8, the Submit button is missing.
After step 10, the submitter's name and their avatar are displayed.
After step 11, the Submit button is displayed.
