Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create a new workspace
3. Enable tax feature
4. Add a new tax
5. Disaable/enable, rename, change tax code, change tax rate, delete the tax
6. Open the admin room thread
7. Change the language

Expected Result:

As Admin chat page the first message "Added the Tax" should be translated in thread header and detail page

Actual Result:

"Added the Tax" is not translated in LHN, thread detail page but translated in admin chat page
