Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Navigate to a conversation has some messages
3. Tap on composer box
4. Tap and hold over any message for opening the menu
5. Tap on any emoji in the menu
6. Tap on the reaction button next to emoji badge

Expected Result:

Emoji picker should open

Actual Result:

Emoji picker isn't opened

Was able to repro on iOS, mweb, Safari. Making External.
Thanks @mukhrr for chiming in that you weren't able to reproduce.

I wasn't able to repro either (16pro emulator iOS -18.3.1). I suspect it should be a version specific bug.
@mallenexpensify could you please share the iOS version and the device model on which you were able to repro, this might help us contributors solve the mystery faster.
