App Component: Left Hand Navigation (LHN)

Action Performed:

Preconditions: User A and User B signed in to ND, have a conversation with each other

1. User A, send a manual expense in 1:1 chat with User B, do not open the expense details
2. User B, open the expense details and send a message
3. User A, observe created thread in LHN - the chat is bold, but the new message is not shown in LHN
4. User A, open the thread - "new message" marker is not displayed above the message

Expected Result:

Sent message is displayed in LHN under report name "User B owes $XX", "new message" green marker is shown above the unread message in IOU thread

Actual Result:

The thread is shown in User A's LHN, but shows "This chat is with User B". The actual message is shown after opening the thread. When User A opens the thread, "new message" marker is missing
