Action Performed:

  1. Launch app
  2. Login with a new gmail account
  3. Create a workspace
  4. Open workflows
  5. Disable submission frequency and advance approval
  6. Go to inbox
  7. Tap fab - create expense
  8. Note default workspace shown
  9. Tap on it and open recipient page
  10. Enter a email user
  11. Complete the flow

Expected Result:

After disabling submission frequency and advance approval, creating IOU with 1:1 user must show expense in 1:1 chat.

Actual Result:

After disabling submission frequency and advance approval, creating IOU with 1:1 user shows expense in workspace with negative amount and unexpected error.
