[Due for payment 2025-12-03] Use the S3 bucket for adhoc builds

• prepare PR for rockjs to allow ALC param (instead of local patch) feat: add public access for providerS3 callstackincubator/rock#625
• prepare PR for rockjs to allow fallback to public access if no credentials for S3 (instead of local patch) feat: add public access for providerS3 callstackincubator/rock#625
• prepare PR for build iOS action to recalculate fingerprint after build is done fix: recalculate fingerprint and artifact_name after build callstackincubator/ios#21
• investigate appName issue in android builds (missing in hybrid, "app" in standalone). Could be connected with rock build:android doesn't create cache callstackincubator/rock#605
