Action Performed:

1. Sign in to ND
2. Create a workspace
3. Create a manual expense in the workspace chat
4. Navigate to the Reports tab, Expenses and Reports subsections, and make sure the expense appears there
5. Navigate back to the workspace chat, create one more expense, do not open it
6. Go offline
7. Repeat step 4

Expected Result:

Unopened expense appears offline in the Expenses and Reports

Actual Result:

Unopened expense does not appear offline in Reports/ Expenses table, but is shown in the Reports/ Reports
