Problem

createTaskAndNavigate uses getOptimisticDataForParentReportAction which is not a pure function and uses data retrieved via Onyx.connect, which can lead to the UI not re-rendering when it should.

Solution

Refactor createTaskAndNavigate to use the new useAncestorReportsAndReportActions hook
