[$250] Accounting - When all features are disabled during onboarding, Auto-sync page cannot be opened

App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with a new Gmail account.
3. Click Skip on work email step.
4. Select Manage my team's expenses.
5. Select 1-10 employees.
6. Select None for accounting step.
7. On "What features are you interested in?" step, disable all features and click Continue. (IMPORTANT)
8. Go to workspace settings > More features.
9. Enable Accounting.
10. Go to Accounting.
11. Connect to Sage Intacct.
12. Click Advanced.
13. Click Auto-sync.

Expected Result:

Auto-sync page will open.

Actual Result:

RHP closes when trying to open Auto-sync settings.

This issue happens when all features are disabled during onboarding,

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

When all features are disabled (not really, only categories disabled is needed), opening auto sync page auto closes it.

What is the root cause of that problem?

In the auto sync page, we pass categories as the feature name to check.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Not sure if that's intentional, but if not, we should change the feature name to ARE_CONNECTIONS_ENABLED instead of the categories one. This happens to all auto-sync page components.

I think ARE_CATEGORIES_ENABLED was added by mistake, but just confirming:

@mollfpr tagging you here for confirmation: we added
featureName={CONST.POLICY.MORE_FEATURES.ARE_CATEGORIES_ENABLED} to SageIntacctAutoSyncPage.tsx in this PR #68453.

However, it looks like it should be featureName={CONST.POLICY.MORE_FEATURES.ARE_CONNECTIONS_ENABLED}, similar to how it’s used in SageIntacctAccountingMethodPage.tsx.
