1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Reports > Reports.
3. Select all the reports via checkbox.

Expected Result:

"Select all matching items" button will be shown when all reports are selected

Actual Result:

"Select all matching items" button is missing when all reports are selected
