Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log out if logged in.
3. Open public room with custom avatar.
4. Click on the avatar > Upload photo.
5. Upload any avatar.

Expected Result:

Room avatar should be read only when browsing the public room as guest.

Actual Result:

Room avatar edit option is shown when browsing the public room as guest.
