Chat - 500 need to pass at lease two accounts error message when tapping Message in details page

Action Performed:

1. Launch the app and login
2. Select a chat with any user from LHN
3. Tap logged in user's name to view the details
4. Tap Message "name"

Expected Result:

There should not be an option to send message myself or it should bring back the user to chat

Actual Result:

500 need to pass at lease two accounts error message appears

I can take this one since it was introduced in my PR - #7135

The navigation error mentioned on this thread doesn't seem to be introduced in the previous PR. I see them whenever navigating through other screens too. Refreshing the page seems to initialize the navigator properly and temporarily solves the issues. It gets reintroduced at some point during navigation though.
