Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app)
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has a Self DM and at least one workspace with no expenses in it.
Prerequisite 2: Delayed submissions and approvals enabled.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Navigate to Self DM.
3. Turn off internet connection.
4. Create a manual track expense.
5. Open the just created expense.
6. Tap on the report field and select "Create Report"
7. Once you land on report again, note that "Category" field is missing.
8. Add a merchant and navigate to the workspace where the expense was moved.
9. Note that "Submit 0,00" is displayed on expense preview.
10. Turn on internet connection.
11. Open the expense report.
12. Note that "Category" field appears after this action.

Expected Result:

When moving a track expense to a new report while offline, "Category" field should be automatically displayed on report, and the "Submit" button should display the correct amount.

Actual Result:

When moving a track expense to a new report while offline, "Category" field is missing on report, and expense preview displays "Submit 0,00"
