Action Performed:

Precondition:

  • User is invited to workspace.
  • The invited workspace has disabled Categories.
  • User does not have other workspace.
  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to self DM.
  3. Create a track expense.
  4. Open the expense thread.
  5. Click Category.

Expected Result:

Category field should be hidden because the invited member has no access to workspace categories settings.

Actual Result:

Category field is shown and it opens "You haven't created any categories" page.
