Action Performed:

Preconditions: Workspace member: 1. created a report with three expenses, submitted it; 2. created an empty report in the WS chat

1. Sign in as an Admin of the workspace
2. Open expense report with multiple expenses, open any expense
3. Reject the expense
4. Verify a system messages was added to the original report

Expected Result:

After rejecting an expense a system messages was added to the original report

Actual Result:

After rejecting an expense a system messages was not added to the original report
