Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Navigate to workspace chat having duplicated expenses
3. Click on Review
4. Click on Review duplicates
5. Click on Keep all
6. Return to workspace chat
7. Click on View

Expected Result:

Open report again should not display any duplicate violations

Actual Result:

Potential duplicate violations and Review Duplicates button are displayed when opening the report again
