There are no clear reproduction steps right now, but when the situation happens that lastUpdateIDAppliedToClient or isLoadingApp are stale, the app gets to a weird state where we call a full reconnect often which is slowing down the app
Expected Result:

These values should never get stale as they decide about the reconnect app behaviour
