Action Performed:

Bug 1:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat
3. Submit an expense in the workspace chat
4. Go to Reports > Reports
5. Go offline
6. Click View on the expense
7. Click Report field
8. Click Remove from report

Bug 2:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat
3. Submit two expenses in the workspace chat
4. Go to Reports > Reports
5. Go offline
6. Click More > Delete
7. Delete the report

Expected Result:

Bug 1: There will be no extra expense report after unreporting the expense
Bug 2: Expense report will disappear after deleting the report

Actual Result:

Bug 1: An extra expense report with no avatar and title appears after unreporting the expense
Bug 2: Expense report shows no avatar and no title after deleting the report
