Precondition:

• Account has self DM
• Create a default workspace

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM
3. Track a manual expense
4. Open the transaction thread
5. Click Category
6. Select a category
7. Delete the default workspace
8. Go back to self DM and open the expense
9. Click Category

Expected Result:

Category RHP will not load infinitely when workspace is deleted

Actual Result:

Category RHP loads infinitely when workspace is deleted
