Problem

Admins frequently fail to locate where to view card transactions after connecting and assigning a card. The current UI requires them to know they must click the card row to access further actions, which is not obvious or intuitive. This has led to confusion and poor user experience, especially during onboarding or live support sessions.

Solution

Introduce a subtle right-facing chevron (>) icon on all workspace settings (i.e each card row in the workspace editor, for example) to signal interactivity and encourage users to click for more details. This approach aligns with broader UI patterns already used across the app.

Will check Slack, but I like these updates. Still don't love the double icon when we have ellipsis plus chevron, but I can live with it.

Are we planning to do this to all rows in the app, or just workspace settings?

Shawn and I chatted a tiny bit and I am down to move forward with the mocks Jon posted above.

(I also don't think this has to be the final Final super FINAL version of these tables, so let's push out some improvements and we can keep noodling on the back burner.)

I think that's actually all I can think of, so yeah, let's just start with the Workspace section of the app.

Love the thoughtful thinking and discussion. Agree that I also don't love the workspace double icon, but I think we can do that as a follow-up. I think this at least fixes the feedback we've been hearing and then we can fix the secondary issue of the workspace options 👍
