App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to 1:1 DM.
3. Submit two expenses to the user.
4. Open expense report.
5. Open any expense row.
6. Add a receipt in the transaction thread.

Expected Result:

App will not load infinitely.

Actual Result:

Report loads infinitely after attaching receipt in transaction thread.
