Action Performed:

Open the app on a mobile device
Navigate to a Reports
Scroll down → observe that the the search input and filters does not hide

Expected Result:

When scrolling down, the search input and filters should hide with the content.
When scrolling up slightly, the search input and filters should reappear.

Actual Result:

Search input and filters remain static and do not hide/reveal based on scroll direction.
