App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

1. Open Native app
2. Sign up new account
3. Skip 'Work email' step
4. While staying on Onboarding flow, navigate to OD URL on Safari
5. Log in the same account
6. Complete the onboarding flow
7. Navigate back to Native app
8. Click on 'Please sign in again'
9. Repeat steps 1-8 if needed

Expected Result:

After user completing onboarding on other device (Safari mweb) the Native app should log out and redirected to Login page

Actual Result:

After user completing onboarding on other device (Safari mweb), native app log out and transition to OD. After interacting with the app, it turns blank page. User has to restart it for workarround.

Proposal

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

After user completing onboarding on other device (Safari mweb), native app log out and transition to OD. After interacting with the app, it turns blank page. User has to restart it for workarround.

What is the root cause of that problem?

If we sign in to the new account on another platform and complete the onboarding flow, the session in the first platform expires, and we redirect to the ND sign page by clearing the Onyx data.
