Android - There is no unread message indicator appears for the app

Issue was found when executing the PR #6746

Action Performed:

1. Launch the app
2. Log in with any account
3. From account A, send account B two messages. Make sure that Account B is logged in but not viewing the messages of account A
4. From Account A, delete the first message you just sent
5. From account B, verify that the unread indicator for your app shows 1

Expected Result:

Verify that the unread indicator for your app shows 1

Actual Result:

No unread message indicator for the app appears
