Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open any chat.
3. Submit an expense in the chat.
4. Go to expense report.
5. Send a message.
6. Click on the header subtitle to go back.
7. Right click on the expense preview.
8. Click Delete expense.
9. Delete the expense.

Expected Result:

LHN will not show empty report after deleting expense with comment.

Actual Result:

LHN shows empty report with no avatar and title after deleting expense with comment.

Weird. We already reported one here and it wasn't reproducible
