Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create a new account and skip the work email modal
3. Select Manage my team's expense > 1-10 employees
4. On "Do you use any accounting software?", choose any except None and continue
5. Disable/toggle of all features on the "What features are you interested in?" modal and continue

Expected Result:

Disable/toggle of all features on the New Feature Selection Modal ("What features are you interested in?") should stay in ND

Actual Result:

Disable all features on New Feature Selection Modal ("What features are you interested in?") will redirect to OD
