Action Performed:

Precondition: Add a secondary login and don't validate this login

1. Sign out
2. Sign in with the secondary login email

Expected Result:

Unlink login form is displayed

Actual Result:

No Unlink form/page. Instead Resend Link button is displayed to force login.

Without validate we can not add secondary email login. So We can not met the pre condition to reproduce.

This issue is not reproducible on latest main, i am getting the unlink form/button
