App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Log in with a new Gmail account.
3. Tap Switch to Expensify Classic.
4. Open menu.
5. Tap Try New Expensify.
6. Kill the app.
7. Relaunch the app.
8. Go to Workspaces.
9. Create a new workspace.
10. Go to Reports tab.
11. Go to Inbox tab.
12. Switch between different tab.

Expected Result:

In Step 2, after logging in with a new Gmail account, onboarding will initiate.
In Step 7, app will land on Inbox after relaunching app.
In Step 11 and 12, the tab will open without issue.

Actual Result:

In Step 2, after logging in with a new Gmail account, onboarding does not initiate.
In Step 5, after switching to ND from OD, onboarding modal briefly appears and disappears.
In Step 7, app lands on Account after relaunching app.
In Step 11 and 12, tab is stuck on Reports when navigating between tabs after creating workspace
