Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.
Prerequisite 2: Account has a Self DM.

1. Open the Expensify app.
2. Open any workspace chat.
3. Submit a manual expense.
4. Navigate to Self DM.
5. Create a track expense.
6. Open the just created track expense.
7. Tap on the report field and select the report where the first expense was submitted.
8. Note that before the expense is moved to report, a "Remove from report" option appears briefly.

Expected Result:

"Remove from report" option shouldn´t be displayed on the report field of a track expense before moving it from Self DM to a report on a workspace.

Actual Result:

"Remove from report" option appears briefly on the report field of a track expense, before moving it to a report on a workspace.

• Feat: Add ability to unreport transactions v2 #64259: Introduced the new “remove from report” option in IOURequestEditReport* flows, making it appear in the report-selection UI when moving transactions.
• fix: The order of selected workspace and selected report are inconsistent #65248: Modified IOURequestEditReportCommon sorting logic for the report list, which can momentarily surface options like “remove from report” before the list re-orders.
