Issue reported by: @shawnborton
Slack conversation (hyperlinked to channel name): #Expensify Bugs
Action Performed:
- Open a report that contains a single expense without a receipt
- Drag a PDF receipt onto that expense within the one-expense report view
- Observe the drop zones that appear.
Expected Result:
If the user is dragging a receipt onto a specific expense (especially over the thumbnail area), the "Replace receipt" drop zone should activate—similar to how it works in OldDot.
Drop zones should dynamically adjust based on context:
Over receipt thumbnail: Replace receipt.
Over composer: Add attachment.
Elsewhere on report: Add new expense (scan receipt).
Actual Result:
The drop zones do not allow the user to attach the PDF directly as the receipt for that specific expense.
The UI behaves as if the file is being added as a new expense to the report, not attached to the selected expense.
