Action Performed:

1. Adjust the window width to a medium size (e.g., half of 1920p)
2. Log in with Expensifail account
3. Start chat with any user
4. Send 2 IOUs
5. Open the report
6. Select any IOU.

Expected Result:

The "More" button on the header should change to a "Selected" button.

Actual Result:

The "More" button on the header disappeared.

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

The "More" button on the header disappeared.

What is the root cause of that problem?

1. On medium-sized screens, the button shown depends on isMoreContentShown:
   

   App/src/components/MoneyReportHeader.tsx

   Lines 881 to 884 in 526a0e4

   	{isMoreContentShown && (
   	<View style={[styles.dFlex, styles.flexColumn, shouldAddGapToContents && styles.gap3, styles.pb3, styles.ph5]}>
   	{shouldShowSelectedTransactionsButton && shouldDisplayNarrowVersion && (

2. However, isMoreContentShown does not include a check for shouldShowSelectedTransactionsButton && shouldDisplayNarrowVersion, so it always returns false:
