App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Open the Expensify Hybrid app
2. Log in with any Gmail account that does not have workspaces
3. Go to the FAB button > Create expense > Manual
4. Note that the flip button is missing
5. Create a workspace
6. Try again to create a manual expense
7. Note that the flip button is still missing

Expected Result:

The flip button is shown above the numpad.

Actual Result:

The flip button is missing.
