App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit two expenses with negative amount.
4. Click Submit on the expense preview.
5. Click on the expense preview.
6. Open any expense row.
7. Click More > Delete.
8. Delete the expense.

Expected Result:

System message for expense deletion will show the amount with negative sign.

Actual Result:

System message for expense deletion does not show the amount with negative sign.
