App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com and sign in with a new account
2. Go to Settings > Profile > Status
3. Click on the "Vacation delegate" section
4. Search for a user that would turn a result and select the user
5. Observe the field below the search field

Expected Result:

"No results found" will not be shown

Actual Result:

"No results found" is shown even if the searched user appears

Workaround:
