Action Performed:
Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace available.
Open the Expensify app.
Open any workspace chat.
Submit a manual expense with negative amount to it.
Tap on "Submit" on the report of the just created expense.
Navigate to "Reports" > "Pay"
Note that the expense, is displayed on "Pay" despite not being possible to pay for it.
Expected Result:
Expense with negative amount, shouldn´t be displayed on "Pay" section, as the user is unable to pay for it.
Actual Result:
Expense with negative amount, appears on "Pay" section, despite the user being unable to pay for it.
