App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Go to workspace settings - enable tags - upload dependant tags with GL code
3. Toggle off these are independent tags
4. Tap next
5. Tap region
6. Long press North-- disable tag
7. Open workpace chat
8. Tap plus - create expense
9. Enter amount - tap next
10. Select region
11. Tap state

Expected Result:

Tag disabled must not be shown while creating expense.

Actual Result:

Tag disabled is shown while creating expense.

Workaround:
