1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Login with expensifail account
3. Set language to French
4. Go to profile - date of birth
5. In date modal, note month displayed

Expected Result:

Month displayed in date modal must be translated in French.

Actual Result:

Month displayed in date modal is not translated in French.

Profile - Month displayed in date modal is not translated in French.

What is the root cause of that problem?

App/src/libs/DateUtils.ts

Lines 130 to 141 in 3d818ef

	case CONST.LOCALES.ES:
	setDefaultOptions({locale: es});

Here we are currently only having support for 2 locales: English and Spanish. That is why even if we try to set the locale to french our switch case doesn't match with french locale: CONST.LOCALES.FR and sets the locale to default.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We need to add the switch case for french locale here

Just need to confirm here if we are going to use french-Canadian or French-local, based on that the import might change.
