Action Performed:

1. Launch new expensify
2. Go to reports
3. Click on Filters
4. Select Type filter and refresh the screen

Expected Result:

User stays on report and sees the type filter on screen

Actual Result:

App exits the report page and goes to concierge screen with the type filter on screen
