Reports - RHP closes after creating a money request

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. At least create one money request on a WS chat
3. Open Reports > Chats
4. Press the one that has the report preview from the money request
5. On the report RHP, create another money request

Expected Result:

After create, you are navigated back to the report RHP

Actual Result:

After create, you are navigated to the chat page rather than staying in RHP

I think this is a duplicate of this issue #62733 that got the PR reverted, so we should be good to close this one.
