Issue reported by: Applause - Internal Team

Action Performed:

1. Launch expensify version v9.1.60-1
2. Logged in as admin of the workspace
3. Navigate to workspace chat
4. Tap on the + button next > create two IOU with same amount (e.g: $3)
5. Navigate to Expense report and observe there are red dot with the text duplicated displayed under each expense
6. Open expense details and amend the amount to another number ($4)
7. Observe that the red dot with the text duplicated displayed still persist displayed under recent edited expense to new amount number , while the other not
8. Navigate away from the report expense page then return the same report expense page (observe that the other red dot with duplicated text gone now)

Expected Result:

The duplication detection system should refresh instantly, without requiring users to navigate away and return

Actual Result:

Once the amount is modified in one of the expenses, the red dot 'Duplicated' indicator still displayed for the updated expense

I think this is not exclusive to Windows nor 9.1.60-1 -- was able to repro this on iOS v9.1.58-4
